NaReWriMo

It's funny, but I am actually doing a lot of research for my writing right now ...

So poisdeneige gave me a great idea last night! We've decided to begin NaReWriMo.

NaReWriMo, National Research Writing Month, from Nov 1 - Nov 30. The goal of this endeavor is to encourage us, and others, to basically partake in BIC (Butt-in-chair) and complete whatever research writing tasks we have on hand.

We invite you to join us for this marathon of research writing if you have any reports, articles, a disseration, a thesis, or basically any non-fiction writing you need to complete.

We don't have the time to create a fancy website like NaNoWriMo, so feel free to make NaReWriMo posts in your own LJ or join the narewrimo community.

Thursday, Nov. 2: Human Forum and Mythic Journeys meetings all night long

Friday, Nov. 3: Friend's birthday party, plus Shut Eye Records celebrates its 10th Anniversary. “$10 to drink beer and wine 'til your heart's content. Located at Encyclomedia, 1526 DeKalb Ave. (between Radial Cafe and Wallcrawlers). The evening features music by
Wrinkle Neck Mules, The Blanks and more! Starts at 7:30pm.

Saturday, Nov. 4: Anyone going to the Cabbagetown Chomp and Stomp(www.chompandstomp.com). Sounds like a blast. Lots of parties that night, but Whippersnappers is hosting the Atlanta Regional Munch (ARM) at 1763. $25 to get in with a Whippersnappers membership

Sunday, Nov. 5: Whippersnappers munch, 2 pm at Highlander
