Migraineyness

Had a migraine today, and knew it was coming. Since I know a number of other people on my F-list have migraines, I was going to see if any of you share these preindicators. By preindicators, I do not mean the blurred vision, halo effect or brain explosion. Ain't nothing pre about those - that's when the migraine kicked in. Instead I mean things that may start a week or more ahead of time and seem to be tied to an upcoming migraine. I knew this one was coming and called my chiropractor to head it off (bad pun intended), but when his office returned my call this morning and woke me up, it was too late. I opened my eyes and saw those crazy lights in front of me.

EDIT: And if I have some other illness, I can become more susceptible to migraines.
