I am wondering what makes them think it was a homicide...instead of an old drunk man hopping in the dumpster to stay warm. It really is strange though, from the witnesses reports, it sounds like he was on Acid.

The CIA and other US government agencies planned to use acid as part of assassinations for just this reason. While there is no definite proof that they carried out such assassinations, many people think they did.

The media that is reporting this story, is (imho) only helping to cover it up. It seem sthey know just how to piss on us and tell us it's raining and have our full cooperation in the farse.
